DAY 15: WILL AND PERSISTENCE
We have reached the end of this two week journey in which we have discovered alot of tools that were already insude us and today will not be the exception.
We have learnt to do some introspection, to take care and lovely talk to ourselves, to see everything through another perspectives. Before those weren't important things to many of us, or we believed that with a little effort once in a while we could stay in a "good person" status, but we discovered this is a lifetime work, because as well as everything change around us, also change inside us, the external is a reflection of the inside. We were scared and a bit confused, like in a sort of semi-darkness. UNTIL NOW.
We want and we can show our abilities and share our ideas: that will make us feel more confident and will take you to make our own decisions.
Make a list of your dreams, even those you think are fool or impossible to achieve. You will be surprised to find there are dreams you can come true tomorrow with a little will. Somewhere else, write the list of the fears and things you don't allow yourself even after those days of internal and external work. Look at them with love and don't judge you to still have some, look at all you have reached until now and how great it is to have more opportunities to keep knowing you! Today, having made the list of your fears and limitations list, write what you are going to do to transform them into something better, with concrete actions that you will commit to do as you feel able to. For example:
*I don't allow myself to fully discover and live my sexuality: I'm going to allow myself to live my sexuality as I feel it, i'm going to allow myself to be free and authentic.
*I don't allow myself to show, develop and share my talents: I'm going to live learning everyday and being vulnerable because it will allow me to find my own strenght, value and the people and resources that will strenghten my process.
*I don't allow myself to be personally and financially abundant: I'm going to live in real and unlimited prosperity and abundance for me and my family.
I don't allow to myself to be as spontaneous as a child and I don't allow myself to fully live as an adult: I'm going to live as a child and as an adult, I'm going to live bravely, exploring and discovering the universe so we can become one and heal together.
And so on. You know the things you weren't able to state in your real life are past wounds, so more you look into yourself for the origin of all that, you will find the way to solve everything, but right now all you need is to listen to your heart, he has all the answers.
I'm proud of you. Of your courage and willpower. Of your golden heart and of all we are building: this is not only about a better life, but a better world. Remember you are not your job or the money you have. You are not your family or what society said you were. You are not your fears, you are not your parents, you are not your past. You are your intentions and actions. You are what you decide to be from today. Remember: if you can dream about it is because you can reach it and because you deserve to. Namasté.

Equanimity
DAY 14: EQUANIMITY
Today we end the second week, and tomorrow will be our great ending, Can you see the differences there are in your life, the "before and after" since we started this process? I'd love you share your experiences with everyone, because more we share, more can learn all the people that is on the same way you are.
We have all the will to act with equanimity after having considered everything with a lot of patience, objectivity and care. This has been a hard work, but we know through experience we will have a reward, or maye more than one, and the first one will be find out you reached the goal you had with this work.

I know you want to enjoy your day, that's why the message will be short to give you all your time: the tools that join together with equanimity are understanding (day 2), wisdom (day 4), force and justice (day 5), compassion (day 8) and instinct (day 12). I remember the days here so you can review the day you feel you need to work again, the day can help you to learn how to balance the opinions we may have about something and to can speak objectively and, at the same time, with regard to all the involved parties.
Remember justice already lives in you and comes to help you just by looking inside and feel your instinct one you have clear understanding about the reality of the situation, same you have to analyze with your wisdom and look at with compassion so you can follow the right path with the necessary strenght.

Give it a try: you are always safe with yourself.
DAY 13: EVOLUTION
This has been a beautiful way, filled with hard work to crush the old beliefs we had, to start building ourselves with the pieces we lost and with some new ones we feel that are fine for us, as legos: there are pieces that fit at first try, there are some other we try hard to make fit because we really like them and it is possible they find a place, and there are some other we tried and simply don't fit. It has not been easy or fast to solve, but being aware of our ability to change and of our real goal make us be sure that the way and the journey are going to be successful.
How much have we learnt within a week? How has your perception changed about yourself, people around you or even nature during those days? I dare say that even sometimes you feel healthier, that you have been able to find moments filled with true joy as many years ago you didn't have. And the best is that is a joy coming from verify your own evolution and progress: it is you who made you grow up, based on onbervation, care, attention, experiments and ideas. We are evolving thanks to our will, to our power, to our determination. And is this evolution with our responsibility, what make difficult issues to come to a good ending.
Again, it is possible you are in a situation in which you feel you have to make a choice, trivial or crucial, but a desition anyway. Trust yourself, your wisdom and all the other 12 tools we have. You are always safe with yourself.

Instinct

DAY 12: INSTINCT
Today we are going inside again. We have already assumed an attitude, but it's always possible to not be sure about if the attitude or the desicion are the right ones. It is possible those are too passive or too agressive. There are not absolut truths, that's why which in on situation can be seen as agressive, in another could be the only possible approach, or which in some situations could be seen as passivity could simply be a more reflexive mood.
That's why the today's suggestion is short and conclusive: when you make a decision or take an attitude about something, ask yourself as if you were someone external: How am I feeling about this? What do I think about all this? If the mind is not clear, ask to your body. When you are happy and in peace your body is relaxed. If by asking yourself about how do you feel your body feels tense and something inside you (your strong and wise instinct protecting you) tells you something isn't going right, listen to you. Anyway, it was just with instinct that human race made it during so many millenials. Make your instinct a friend and start to listen to him, he is your inner voice, your guide. If everything is alright, carry on. If you feel awkward, think twice and make the necessary changes, as many times as needed and even when you have already started a process. It is always possible that everything gets better, and everything will flow if you allow yourself to better analyze your sensations concerning your desitions.

DAY 11: DETERMINATION
We are in charge of our own lives and that mean we are able to solve the situations that appear and the troubles that show up, knowing that is not wrong to ask for concrete and clear help for which is not in our hands.
Determination is not about to decide and to go until the end on the way we choose, no matter what. It's about to find the right path to be someone who people can trust on, people of great wisdom and strenght. It's about feeling you can trust on yourself, on your will and strenght, on your instinct and inner wisdom and on your ability to follow the right path and to rectify and recognize the mistakes you can make.
Determination is about being clear in your word as well as in your actions and thoughts. It's about knowing you are hugely powerful, but that it's alright to make a mistake and ask for help. Determination is about assuming fears as part of life experiences, it's about being responsible and also to take risks: lack of determination kills more dreams than failure itself.

I won't skimp on efforts to start again.

DAY 10: FOUNDATION
Today is the day we stop focusing on the past to start focusing on the immediate future, on the present continuous that starts today.
Although the past is part of us and is an enormous souce of wisdom from which we started to drink avidly, we already have the tools we need to start creating from now the future we want and dream: we have enlightenment, understanding, beauty, wisdom, force and justice, our present, compassion, magnificence and victory: all of them are our "today", our foundation. Future starts now.
The change you will have in this period will be clear, will be like facing a "start with a clean slate" because the new beginning will be unavoidable: you are already conscious about where you come from, where are you, and your heart knows what it wants, what makes you feel alive, what makes you happy. And that is what indicates where are you going, the future in which you will start to work right now. It's possible you are afraid and you start to give yourself some excuses, that you believe in the eternal human fragility, but don't let down yourself with excuses, don't sabotage yourself. The power you found inside you is your base; your foundation to start all this process is huge. And added up to the will and foundation of everyone around you, all will make you unbeatable. If you can dream it is because you can reach it, because you deserve to achieve it. Make yourself this promess today: I WON'T SKIMP ON EFFORTS TO START AGAIN.

I don't loose my mind in the pressence of impulses that conduce me to ways that are far from my goals.
DAY 9: MAGNIFICENCE
Today you figure out that control is the base of everything coming of in a possitive way.
I'm not talking about the control we know, that one of knowing everything, ruling on everything, that everything gets done just as we planned. It is about being in control of ourselves. Being in control of ourselves doesn't mean either to have a list of possible reactions face to any possible event and be ruled for it, it means to know and understand what are we feeling and why, where from are our sensations coming and to can assimilate and understand them, so then if it's necessary we can transform them into powerful tools: to sum up, to find the hidden benefits we already talked before.
It is simply about practicing daily, about knowing you are perfectly able to not loose your mind in the pressence of impulses that can conduce you to ways that are far from your goals: everything is about to focus on what you want to reach and to make every single day to make sense. All the abilities are already inside you and you already started to use them, and by doing so, you have started to shine in all your magnificence.

Dedication will bring the results you are waiting for.
DAY 8: COMPASSION
There's been a week since we started to work on ourselves with the guide of daily reflection and the way our spirit assimilates it. In this new week we will try to organize our time in different ways to find the best for us, making place, of at least five minutes, to be calm and quiet, to meditate or to rest, but a time to meet with our inner being.
There are always many things to do, but the good news is that thanks to our will and the love we began to trear ourselves since yesterday, the organization of our lives is getting easier and we can solve everything with no worries but with the needed celerity. Instead of worrying because there is a lot missing to do, let's simply TAKE IT ON.
We are going to make a place by writing to all we want to do, and we are going to commit to do everyday something that is pending atfer long ago, for example: choose the clothes or books we don't use anymore and give them to someone who uses them well, send an e-mail to an old friend we haven't been talking to for a while, make a call, whatever. What matters is that you feel you are reaching what you resolve to do, but we might now start from the little so the big comes little by little. Actually, I suggest you do first what you don't really want to, if you feel you are able to. By getting rid first of what is making you angry or anxious, you remove the source of anxiety and the calm will keep being present in your daily life. That is to look after you with compassion, with regard: to help yourself to get off difficult situations. And that is achieved by taking action in your own benefit and for the welfare of those around you.
Dedication will bring the results you are waiting for. You just need to be calm but alert to can read the signs that will indicate you the way you need to follow.

All the kindness is born from our heart.
DAY 7: VICTORY
Today is the perfect day to figure out that we are ready to mix the attention we give to ourselves and the care you give to the others. Today we can make tangible the victories we have been achieving day by day with our work.
Usually we do it the opposite way: we care of others even in things that are entirely their responsibility, but we don't care with love and patience of ourselves, even when we make a mistake we tell us we are idiots, we are useless, etc. But after those days of "finding out" we certainely have begun to treat ourselves lovely and patiently and to care of ourselves as we take care of others. If you haven't, i propose and exercise to you: when you make a mistale or you feel sad or angry, instead of telling you awful words try to talk to you as if you were talking to someone else, even loudly: What do you want? What do you need? What's happening? How can I make you feel better? Self-esteem is not only in feeling good about our bodies, but also is in treating aour whole human being with love and respect.
As second step after yesterday's rest in which we were totally dedicated to relax, to enjoy and to appreciate all that surrounds us, we will take our attention to our emotional aspect. In this day we will find inside us a lot of warmth that we will be able to use with every single person nearby, to welcome them always with affection, regard and wisdom that will be delivered with plenty of love and dedication. All the kindness is born from our heart.

I let the light to come into my life to enjoy peacefully of all I have.
DAY 6: MY PRESENT
Did you become aware of all the place you have now for the new now you are letting go old stuff you don't need or want anymore? The sensation of relief, welfare and lightness is evident. We keep letting go little by little, but after we started to let go the big stuff and gave us big amouts of anxiety, litthe things are easier: they go away by themselves or are easier to enjoy and now you can see more clearly all that is available and all you need to reach what you want.
Simply enjoy, rest, dream about what with do you want to fill all the place you have now, and think about all the energy, time and attitude you have now to keep moving forward by using all your physical and emotional resources. Surely today there were many surprises when you started to see everything with new eyes and by having started to go through life with a new attitude.
Today I let go fears and worries and I let the light to come into my life to enjoy peacefully of all I have.

I move forward in my way with clean and clear feelings.
In this fifth day, our aptitudes are focused on the inner work and in the objective of equilibrate our emotions, our mind, our wishes and our bodies, and we have been realising that we can let behind any situation that is not yet over and that is necessary to forgive and to overcome to give way to the pureness of our soul and to clean our heart.
But to clean, forgive and heal it is necessary to see the painful memories with as much objectivity as possible, and for that it is helpful to see it as if we were someone external that will give an objective opinion about something. By not getting involved nor feeling as victims or tormentors who finally fall into victimizations by saying "they are the worst people in the world", it is possible to see a situation from outside as well as putting ourselves in eachother's feet: What was he thinking? What did he feel? Why he reacted like that?
If we have been hurted it is due to two possibilities: a perception mistake from us and/or because someone has acted from its own wounds. And what do we do when someone is hurted? Heal him if possible. If not, it will be enough with putting us on his feet and to observe. Right now we can help, but the best right now is to first focus on ourselves so by feeling better our help will be really helpful. And to do so, it is necesssary to use all the justice and all the force we have.
So, when we want to observe what we feel in a situation in order to heal ir, surely we will need to use all our inner power tbecause the work is more difficult. We need to observe a feeling, but it is impossible without feeling it again. What is interesting here, is that we have to feel what we felt when we were blessed, not what we feel now about it to can understand and forgive, and like that to heal the beginning of the wound. Working the beginning, consequences start to decrease. And so, healing and basing us in our abilities, we will be able to move forward with clean and clear feelings.

I am able to keep harmony and balance around me.
DAY 4: WISDOM
How do you feel after yestarday's introspection? I dare to say that even if you are enthusiastic about this process, you are still having reservations because the more you work, the more you find things to fix. But I invite you not only to keep going, but also to keep calm.
The world goes as fast as it is possible and usually get us into its vertiginous rhythm, and this work is not the exception to the rule: we want to see some results immediatly, we want the suffer to stop, we want to find a magic key to solve all our troubles. There are people that will tell you that key doesn't exist, beccause there is nothing that gives you immediate solutions for everything, but there is: is the wisdom you already have, but most of all, the wisdom you find through the good attitude with all the names that it could have, being "optimism" my favourite one.
We are learning to leave excuses and "guilty quest" aside to can find explanations and responsibles.It is logic that we are not always in the best mood, but the pure fact you decided to start to walk on this road with me and with the help and caring support that all the people that is already doing the same exercise speaks about your goodwill to be better, to find harmony, to find your inner center, the balance between what you are, what you want and what you think, so your good attitude is clear.
And how is your wisdom evident? It was she who guided you about how to start to forgive situations and people, she is who is showing you what you don't need or want anymore, the masks you put on yourself to protect you from threats that doesn't exist any longer. Is she who is enlightening inside you your deepest wishes, as well as your wounds.
Pain scares us, we run away from it because it is aur natural instinct. Even like that, all the internal work we are doing together about our own emotions helps us get balance. But it is only seeing everything with love, compassion and doing everything is possible to don't set ourselves as judges but as mediators that we find our ability to keep harmony and balance around us.

Troubles will start to pass away.
DAY 3: BEAUTY
In the two first days we worked about we want to let go or to change and the fear this could bring. If the change does not bring fear but hope, it's an ideal form, but for many of us a simple place change for something suppose a big load of anxiety.
If you have done a conscious work (guided by the questions of the precedent days), it is possible that even if you try to stay focused on the possitive, a lot of old wounds are coming up to the surface and this reflection space is getting a bit uncomfortable and, why not, even painful.
Why an I remembering times when i didn't have possitive emotions? Because your spitit, the same that from day 1 want to simply be, is asking you to take care of the wounds, not that you simply believe that by stop looking at them they will just vanish. When an injury is not healed, it gets infected. And it is possible it will create and scab, like when we have a cold sore, but somewhere there is pus coming out. And it hurts, burns, bothers and you would love all that just dissapear. The same happens with the events that hurt: we need to know what exactly was what hurted us, why, what can we learn from and then accept that it was a lesson that was lovely given by our Higher Self (God, Allah, Christ, Life, Universe or the one we believe in) to help us being the best we can, to reach what we can achieve with our unlimited potential.
I know it is much more easier to say it than to do it, but I firmly believe that it is worth to give it a try, as much as necessary, because the result es better every single time. Not always we can forgive on the first attempt, but it is certainely true that the forgiveness seed germinates and then brings peace as fruit.
If the sensation was not of anger, sorrow, desolation, betrayal or all that exist that could be forgiven, but fur example, of poverty, you may be thinking there is no one to bbe forgiven for, but this is the time to thonk twice about it, to allow us to remember when did we start to feel "poor" because almors always it comes from how other people or situations made us feel according to the means we had to do something or to get along a situation. It is also possibble you blame your parents or guardians, or even your boss for not paying you what you think you deserve: the time has come to forgive them too, to thank them for that lesson from which you will now get the learning and to look inside you for all the tools that apparent shortage developed for you: creativity, inventiveness, simplicity, sense. All of them are already yours, as well as all you already are and know, all you dream and want, all the purposes you are willing to achieve and the beauty that is present in all that surrounds you: all of that will take you to the future you want for you.
Begin to let go your fear so your confidence can develop and take you to the plenitude you have in mind. Every start is a bit difficult, but don't worry, troubles will start to pass away. Trust in yourself.

To create inside, it will be helpful to understand and to know your strenghts, which you can use in your favour.
Yesterdau we were talking about letting go, about how useful the change will be, but it's possible that we just don't know what to let go and the questions in the last post were there to guide us. But if what change brings is fear, the questions we have today will give us a new guideline, in which maybe you will want to be supported by someone you trust.
What do you (or others) see in yourself as a fault or a weakness? What do you thing you are good at? What about have you been told you are amazing? But, even more important: What would you like to be great at? What are the virtues you want for yourself?
If the fault is that you are too severe, find the hidden benefit:your structure and strictness will help you face challenges. On the other hand, if you are too lax, the hidden benefint could be that you tend to get along better with the people around you and it is easier for you to integrate everyone's opinions.
If you wish something it's because you are able to get it. It's the call of your spirit to be. And remember you are not alone: there are many walking through the same road, next to you.

The time to let go has come, change will be useful.
DAY 1: Enlightenment
¿What is heavy to you? ¿What do you feel you can't handle anymore? ¿What do you want to let behind? Maybe the answers won't come until you ask the opposite: ¿What makes you feel free, light? ¿What fills you with energy and makes you want to keep going? ¿What do you want to achieve?
If you pay attention to the future you want, all the tools you need will just appear. It's like when you look at the people and you focus on the bad stuff: a thousand bad things will appear, every single one even worse than the previous one. But if you focus on the possitive, a thousand better things will show up. Abundance is boundless, infinite; we just need to choose how we want to look at it, to express it, to welcome it.
